Tarpey & Alexander, LLC is a full-service law firm.  Mike Devlin and Bob Peters started the original law firm, Devlin, Peters & Tarpey, LLC in 1977.  Bob was in private practice at the time, and Mike was the public defender in Rockville.  The firm has had various other members over the years.  Kerry joined the firm in 2000, and AnnMarie came on board in 2002.  Attorney Robert F. Peters passed away on  October 27, 2019.  Attorney Michael J. Devlin officially retired on July 1, 2021.
